Plugin Galaxy 1.50: More than 150 Amazing Image Effects

Plugin Galaxy is a collection of 21 Photoshop-compatible plugins containing more than 150 different image effects. Plugin Galaxy can be used with a wide range of applications, e.g. Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Photo-Paint, Fireworks, Painter, PhotoImpact, Picture Publisher.


What's New in Version 1.50

Plugin Galaxy 1.50 includes a new plugin and 18 new filter effects. The new Page Curl plugin produces page curls of 12 different directions and page rolls in 4 directions. It lets you colorize the page curl, make it transparent, position it on the image and many more. The new Star Field effect can place up to several hundred stars with various shapes and colors all over your image. Among the other new effects are Rippled Glass, Diffuse, Cave Edge, Jungle Edge, Curved Edge, Cutline Edge, Quad Feedback, Tunnel Feedback, Space Worm, Dragon's Tail, Butterfly, Plate, Wall, RGB Saturation, Erode En/Decryption and Cross En/Decryption.

Additionally many of the old effects were improved e.g. Bluuur and Feedback render up to two times faster, in Edge Tool the edge can be positioned anywhere on the image, there are new Overlay and Expose features in four of the plugins and the Warp 1/2 Shadow effect looks better.



Product Description

Plugin Galaxy provides frequently needed functions like transparency manipulation, blurring, texture and pattern generation, noise creation, mirroring and warping. It also includes amazing metal, chrome, neon, pop art, glass, page curl, rainbow, sunshine and star effects. Additionally you can enhance, colorize, add edges to your photos or even encrypt them. Last but not least, there are some effects that can rarely be found like feedbacks, grids and zooming.

The 159 basic effects of Plugin Galaxy can be adapted with the help of sliders, check boxes, color dialogs, color pickers and preview coordinates. So you have access to thousands of potential effects. Additionally there are four interface types to match the different effect types. The dialogs were constructed to be easy to use and the attractive interface graphics were designed by a French artist.

Plugin Galaxy is available for Windows as well as Macintosh. The 1.50 update is free for registered users and will be available for Macintosh soon. Plugin Galaxy sells at $49.95 and can be purchased at http://www.plugingalaxy.com/. Trial and demo versions can be downloaded at the same URL. Besides this Photoshop-compatible version there's also a product called "Plugin Galaxy for AE" which runs with After Effects and AE-compatible video applications.
